SpectroCoin joins ICT industry giant – Infobalt

We are delighted to announce that on the 2nd of July of 2018, SpectroCoin became a full member of Infobalt. The Infobalt Association is recognized as the biggest and the main contact point between Lithuanian business associations and government organizations dealing with Blockchain initiatives. At the moment, the Infobalt Association unites more than 160 members from the Information and Communication (ICT) industry.

2nd Place in the Lithuanian Central Bank Hackathon

On recent years, Lithuania has made significant advance in FinTech regulation at both its national and local levels. Its strong commitment to the sector has been presented through the creation of a regulatory environment with exceptional conditions for FinTech companies.

The year of 2018 marked the centenary of the restoration of the Lithuanian statehood, which was celebrated across the country and its institutions. One of the commemorations took a step further: the Lithuanian Central Bank (LB) organized a hackathon to create a digital collector coin to mark the date.
